Indonesia economy grew high in period of 2016 around 5.02% though the trend of global economy is sluggish. Mining sectors was indicated to be in positive track after its down trend in 2015. In 2016, it grew 1.06% said head of statistic agency, kecuk suhariyanto in jakarta february 6th, 2017.

Meanwhile the highest sectors are finance and insurance 8.90%, information and communication 8.87% than other sector 7.80%, transportation 7.74%.

Indonesia income per capita increases Rp 47.96 million per year in 2016 or $3605.06 higher than 2015 Rp 45.14 million.
Based on region, indonesia economy structure is still centralized in java island contributing 58.49% then followed by sumatera 22.03%, borneo 7.85% and celebes 6.04%.

The increase of income per capita is much supported by production sectors of which increase of production also inline with increase of salaries of laborers. While the indonesian economy is much supported by high spending of household.

Peruri signed extra shareholding 48% in SPS

Peruri signed the extra shareholding in its subsidiary SPS ( PT peruri sicpa securink) from 20% to 48%. The signing was held in swizterland on friday february 3th, 2016 said peruri president director phillipe amon.

Sicpa  is multinational company in switzerland which produces intaglio security ink, optical variable ink(OVI), and spark printing of documents such as passport and other excise band.

The increase of shareholding from 20% to 48% is meant to dominate the majority decision of SPS though indeed a minority also can decise for the company policy. 

SPS was established in 2002 as to suffice the need of peruri ink to publish rupiah currencies, passport, excise seal  and many others.

European investment in indonesia reaches $13.3 billion for last 5 years

Total of european investment for last 5 years has reached $13.3 billion or amounting  Rp 172.9 trillion. Head of coordinating invesme
nt board(BKPM) thomas lembong said majority of investment comes from netherland, luxemburg, france, germany and england. 

Based on sector, the investment contributes 26% to chemical sector, 20% warhousing and 15% telecommuncation. Meanwhile, most of investment is centralized in java island around 46%. 

President jokowi as stated by head of BKPM encouraged the investment to be distributed also outside java region. It is in aline with principle of equalization of infrastructure and development initiated by the government.

Agriculture ministry postulated the plan to export medium rice to destinated countries in 2017. This is based on the surplus of rice production significantly for late 2 years which is 79.1 million tons in 2016 from 75.4 million tons in 2015. There is 15 million surplus of national rice stock this possibly to be exported. 

So far indonesia has exported organic rice to other countries yet in 2017 is the plan of government to start exporting medium rice. 

Ministry of agriculture explained that the available rice is being stocked in logistic ware house, while the ones that are with in the each household and retailers is not yet fully counted.

From total of 79.1 million tons of production is being converted to 48 millions tons meanwhile total need of national rice is only 32 million tons per year.

ADB explained the projection of economy growth 51% in 2017 to Jokowi
President of asia development bank(ADB) takehiko nakau met president jokowi in presidential palace to day wednesday february 1th, 2017. ADB expressed the projection of economy growth of indonesia 5.1% higher than last year 2016 , 5%.
Takehiko appreciated the strategy of government to boost the economy in the midst of uncertain global financial trend. 

According to ADB, there are some factors influencing the growth of indonesia economy which are basically 14 economy packages, tax amnesty and high consumption.
" I am much impressed by indonesia government effort through series of discretion which increasing the capital trust and beneficial for the citizens".

ADB president said the desire to support the inclusive economy policy of indonesia which is good for economy growth.
