50:50 ANSWER TO WARD THE QUESTION OF JUSTICE AGAINST INDONESIA POLITICAL DYNASTY

50:50 answer toward the question of Justice Against political dynasty in Indonesia. This is precisely author's personal perspective regarding the answer of Mr Yusuf Kalla toward the question of a Gerindra senator through Metro tv live broadcaster of Mata Najwa on Dec,9,2015 at 7 pm. 

In a line with ceremony of  local elections that was thoroughly held altogether in entire parts of Indonesia, people started to see the injustice within this direct elections of next leaders. This is the same questions of senator in Mata Najwa live broadcaster. It's not new phenomenon, it's an old cliche yet many superpower of the country have no power to eradicate this existing illness inside Indonesian democracy. 

Lately we see clear political tyrany of Ratu Atut and family, yet through the local election, Airin (familu of ratu atut) mayor candidate who was seemingly hated before still has come up as the winner of yesterday's election through quick count done by legal institution.

SO the question is: do people really want her to be their leader? or is there another power behind?

50:50 answer toward the justice over tyrany. Even Mr president upon offering this question by senator, has absurd answers of justice.

In our democracy, human right is main consideration of the law. it's simple:" law is made for man and never man for law". And the justice? it remains absurd beneath the proposition of human right, that every man has the same oppurtunity to participate in democracy. 

Where is justice in political dynasty? 50:50 answers. No really problem any way many country does it justi like USA there is Bush family, Philippines, India there is gandhy family as what was quote by Mr Vice president. Not really a satisfying asnwer at least for the sake of justice
