Ahok win the majority trust of public to run for the upcoming 2017 governor election. He left another contender far behind including Ridwan Kamil who is previoiusly assumed to be greatest rival of current jakarta governor.
According to the survey of populi center, ahok gained the trust 52.2 from jakarta voters then next to him Ridwan kamil gained 12% and the third yusril mahendra gained 6% public trust.
This signals the power of ahok to his rivals about the little oppurtunity of them to be the number one person of Jakarta metropolitan.
Populi center researcher, nona evita, affirmed that among the respondents, majority of Public of jakarta, 67% prefer ahok to run independently meanwhile, 62% prefer him to be endorsed by political party.
This survey at least, signals serious impedence to ahok's rival to mew their intention to be governor contender for the next 2017 election. This means the program and work of incumbent governor are more pro netizen and not leveraged by the new rivals who are confident to gain public trust.
