Governor of NTT held the unique event of tour de flores. This is meant to be joined by the cyclist who will pass through the island of flores while enjoying the hidden beauty of that place.
Tour de flores will be held on 19-24th , may 2016 of which 21 countries will involve.
According to governor lebu raya, tour de flores will be meant to promote the culture and tourism of flores. There are still hidden unexplored beauty worth to be acknowledged internationally aside from komodo national park or the three color kelimutu lake and the lately wae rebo village.
In order to succeed the event, the local government of NTT will allocate 3 billion rupiahs. The government shows seriousness to promote tourism through such unique event.
All the regions are expected to show their popular destination to the cyclists from 21 countries. This is a good momentum for all looking to the fact of targeting flores as the main destination travel 2016.
Tour de flores itself will invlolve around 230 cyclist and passing the distance of 615 km from east to west of flores which is labuan bajo.
