His name is qarsing, an old grand father in pare pare province of south celebes indonesia. He owns the diamond valued of 7 trillions. What's amazing then, he plans to sell diamond to pay the debt of country or at least to diminish. It's a big knock out of series abuses, corruption with the birth of story having diamond with such big amount money value yet to donate it for the country.
Qarsing admitted that he obtained the diamond since netherland's preoccupation in Indonesia. But he didn't anything from whom he got such valuable thing.
