MONTH OF MAY, MANDIRI BANK CORPORATION CREDIT GROWS 8%

In the month of may,2016, Mandiri bank noted the growth of 8% in corporation sector credit from total porto folio of Rp 200 trillion. This is the positive hint of credit of the bank in the midst of economy slowdown and juxtaposed of credit problems that have overlapped the bank industries in the late periods. 

According to mandiri corporate director, royke timilaar, the achievement of 8% corporation credit is still below the target of 10%. However, royke is quite confident that the target will be achieved but mandiri bank so far is much concerned on corporation credit especially infrastructure and manufacture. This is because based on the fact the currently government under the program to establish massive infrastructure like toll roads, rail ways, water reservoir. Mandiri bank also foresees the opportunity in manufacture sector since many company already started to build their own factories. 

Royke also confirmed that mandiri bank also aim to expand the credit in property sector. But the stated owned bank has to wait the government to approve the LTV loan to value and mostly the tax amnesty that is the main breakthrough in economy term.
