This will be the big opportunity for the company to trawl more costumers since the user of insurance is still low in the country meanwhile it has the big market segment.
The choice of using blogger was taken by sun life base on the fact that the average of customer behaviors will take around 5 months before deciding to use the insurance product. It's not because of less preference on the product but more on the less information provided. Within the estimated 5 months period, the customers are mostly looking for the information in the internet. It is the role of blogger to explain about the product well detailed, comprehensive thus the opportunity of product sale will be increasing.
