200,000 Workers are Threatened being Fired due to Electronic Toll Transaction

Government is acknowledged to use all electronic transaction for all toll road in 2018. However the plan of government is being

deferred by the association of worker unions due to the fate of workers that are being threatened their fate.

The chairman of worker unions, mirah sumirat stated that government has to settle down first the fate of toll booth workers before the applicability of electronic transaction of all toll road.
The use of technology according to mirah is basically good but still has to ensure the fate of workers.
The workers can not just loose their workers thus the government has to prepared necessary things needed for their fate after the work termination, said mirah.

Mirah said that all the toll booth workers have consolidated to make toll road workers alliance. They are contained of stated enterprises workers, the subsidiaries and private sectors.
The toll road workers union according to mirah has initiated to talk with the president and PT. Jasa Marga.  Toll road workers union expect the government to prepare first technical skills for the workers before the applicability of electronic transactions. 

So far the realization of electronic transaction has reached 40%. The government target to finish it by the year of 2018.
