Agung Podomoro Land Met Governor Jakarta, Ahok to Talk about Reclamation

The board of directors of agung podomoro(APLN) land met governor of jakarta to day tuesday, sept 13 th, 2016 in his office. The president director of APLN cosma batubara also was present to continue talking about the progress of reclamation project.
Comsmas batu baru was accompanied by vice president of corporate marketing, indra w antono.

APLN explained that they intended to have a further discussion about Isle of G that was postponed due to the detention and rejection of north jakarta bay.

APLN is confident and based their conviction on the statement of coordinating minister of maritime luhut binsar panjaitan that reclamation is not feared of and considered as a problem. The related stakeholders are only to find for solution for technical issue such engineering and environmental legal issues.

APLN claimed that grounded on the government hint, the company wants to have further discussion about reclamation project's continuation. According to APLN the governor of jakarta welcomed for the initiative of the company to have a meeting with him. 

Ahok is on his stance, that there is no mishap with reclamation based on presidential decree 52/1995. The jakarta province is only to execute the decree. 

In the meeting that lasted for two hours, governor of jakarta discussed about additional contribution that is to be paid by the developer. 

The coordinating minister of maritime luhut binsar pandjaitan will have a pers conference this evening to officially announce the fate of jakarta bay reclamation. After being confirmed, ahok admitted not knowing what is the decision of minister luhut regarding the reclamation. Governor of jakarta said that the postpone of reclamation was conveyed by ex minister rizal ramli last time yet ahok on his stance that minister does not have rights to terminate except the president.
