Ahok Mentioned ex Governor Jakarta Fauzi Wibowo Regarding Additional Contribution before the Court

The incumbent jakarta governor, ahok ( basuki cahaya purnama) mentioned the name of ex governor fauzi wibowo in his testimony before the court, monday sept 5th,216.
This mayor of bangka belitung was scheduled to testify the corruption of jakarta bay reclamation with the suspect mohammad Sanusi. 

Ahok emphasized that the additional contribution of 15% to the developer is based on the presidential decree no. 52, 1995 and the letter of agreement of 1997. Ahok confirmed that in 1997, the governer obliged the additional contribution to developer PT Manggala Krida Yudha, the company owned by ex president soeharto's daughter. Even the company of soeharto family was charged by additional contribution, ahok emphasized.

Incumbent governor of jakarta, ahok questions the decision of ex governor fauzi wibowo (Foke) who annihilated the additional contribution in his tenure. 

Before prosecutor, ahok postulated his suspicion on ex governor fauzi wibowo's permit for reclamation without additional contribution. While in his tenure, ahok stated not to repeat the same mistake. Ahok claimed to always talk about additional contribution 15% in case of jakarta bay reclamation to the developer and being approved by them. 

The corruption case of jakarta bay began with the arrest of region representative mohammad sanusi and president of agung podomoro land, the developer. 

Ahok also questions and suspicious on local legislative agency of DKI jakarta province which seems to annihilate the 15% of additional contribution.
