Financial service authority released 33 best companies in annual report award of 2015 the 15th.
The participants of annual report award consists of 303 companies which contains of 288 companies and 15 of the pension fund.
The annual report award was attended by coordinating minister of economic affairs darmin nasution, finance minister sri mulyani and the chairman of FSA muliaman d hadad, director of IDEX tito sulistio.
The event of ARA is held in cooperation with 7 institution which are FSA, stated enterprises, bank of indonesia, general directorate of taxation, natinal committee on governance, BEI and indonesian institute of accountants.
The rate of ARA is based on 8 criteria of the quality of information in annual report particularly transparancy of the compnay and good corporate governance,overview of financial statement, reports of the board commissioners and directions, company profile and the discussion of management on company's performance.
