Koperasi Cipaganti is Declared Bankrupt and Sell its Assets

Koperasi cipaganti karya guna persada was officially declared bankrupt by the commercial court of central jakarta. 

The chairman of judges wiwik suhartono claimed that the alleged enterprise failed to fulfill the peace agreement of two years after being approved since 2013.

The court claimed that cipaganti as the debtor had not rendered the original documents of to pt pooling aset which was appointed to optimize asset inventory of cipaganti.Pt pooling asset was a committee to value over asset of the company in order to be sold for restore partners' partners.

However cipaganti officials did not render official document of asset to the committee. The chairman of koperasi cipaganti who is already a detainee just made promise to give all legal document ofassets without realization. 

On the other hand, committee has to make inventory of asset and to sell them in order to return the fund of customers and partners. In fact, the debtor precisely had sold the asset of koperasi cipaganti unilaterally. The sale is not for the benefit of customers or return the fund of customers. The assets of koperasi that are sold such as hotel in legian bali, fueling station in koja jakarta, hotel property in pangandaran and a number of land titles. 

The total bills that have to be returned to 8186 cretirs are Rp 3.07 trillion. For further action of fund to be restored, the court appointed edward aritonang, kiagus ahmad bella and tigor l manik as currator teams.
