PT pembangunan perumahan tbk and pt hanwa eongineering and construction signed the memorandum to buld 170,000 affordable houses for 5 years term of agreement.
This is to execute the desire of government building one million homes for low income communities in order to afford decent shelters.
Hanwa itself is a well know company from south korea experienced in the field of construction and engineering precast building. One of its project was bulding the 100,000 houses in iraq.
In the agreement PT pembangunan perumahan acts as the provider of the project meanwhile hanwa is responsible for supervision of construction precast design and plan. In order to support the implementation of fast construction of houses, the company will invest in a precast factory building that uses high technology and complemented with the use of engineering software.
