The highlighted improvement of some commodities according bank central of indonesia pushes the performance of export. head of Economy and monetary policy department of BI juda agung stated some changing of commodity prices makes the export is more competitive in the midst of stagnant demand in the major destinated countries especially the european, china and USA.
Juda underlines the effect of price improvement of commodity is quite significant since october 2016.
Bank central of indonesia predicted such improvement of export will implies toward the growth of economy in quarter IV 2016. BI in fact sees it optimistically to reach target of 5% on account of major changing of commodity to leverage the value of export. The export sector will play much importance for the economy target aside from consumption and investment which are basically not quite strong to boost the economy.
