Financial fervices authority (OJK) in responding to the complain of users prepare to place intelligent services monitoring financial services. They plan to use intelligents pretending as insurance officer to ensure the possibility of available service disadvantages for its users.
Lately, the financial services in the country encounters series of problem like the complain of user which considers to disadvantage the customers. OJK estimated that the main reason is the financial services are out of rules.
