Jokowi's Rp 68.6 trillion Budget Cut off Suffers Regional Government

Jokowi's government blatantly to make necessary cut off for 2016 budget. This is the most logical option after the swollen yearly budget to boost government program yet deficit of total revenue forcing to streamline the budget in the midst of uncertain tax amnesty to mend the deficit. 

Jokowi decided to cut Rp 68.8 trillion to transfer to regions. The secretary general of local government association ( APKASI) nurdin abdullah said that the approach of governmetn has made the district heads shrill. 

The district heads face the dificulty to catch up with the sudden decision of government to cut of the budget along the road. The local government has made program and platfrom like project contract to the stakeholders along the road. Futhermore, the central government has not provided the legal regulation regarding the discretion. 

Nurdin expected the government to provide the solution not only to diminish the amount of budget to the regions. 

The snap decision of jokowi is expected not to recur. Nurdin postualted that it's better not to include the budget at first otherwise causing such problem suffering the regional heads. 

Prior to the decision, many criticize on the ambitious budget of jokowi. The massive infrastructure program which is not much bolstered by the revenue has causing the government to loan. Recently the tax amnesty program is ecxpected to mend tebudget lea. GOvernment targets to gain 1000 trillion rupiahs frim tax amnesty, yet up to now it is still apprehensive.
