Central Bank of Indonesia Monitors on 4 Global Economy Condition

Central Bank of Indonesia (BI) is monitoring on 4 global economy condition. Deputy governor of BI perry warjiyo stated that the conditions are here following:
First, the recovery of global economy since the crisis of 2008 is not going smooth as expected, it is turning uneven and slower.

The world economy is only flying on single agent, USA, However the USA economy power is decreasing for its recovery and not too strong. Perry said in his general lecturing  in indonesian banking development institute(LLPI), monday (5/9/16).
Besides, another rich countries like japan and european union is applying negative interest rate and still struggling for recovery, while the developing countries only india and indonesia show significant recovery progress.

Second, world commodity price is still stagnate. Perry said it was only 2010-2011 the commodity price was increasing and sloping down continouesly since then even negative.This affects the economy condition in borneo experiencing recession except central borneo. This commodity is not relied anymore to bolster the economy growth. 

The third is divergent economy policy of the world. USA through fed is to increase the interest rate while european union, japan and developing countries did the easing economy policy. The impilication is uncertain exchange rate movement. The capital flow to the market becomes the world challenge.

The fourth is monetary reformation of the world. There is a world issue to strengthen the world monetary since global crisis. There are some treaties achieved such as basel 3 core principle, remuneration bankir regulation and CCP.
