Finally tax amnesty reaches Rp 4000 trillion

The government finally reaches the target of Rp 4000 trillion from tax amnesty in two weaks a head of its second period which ends by december 2016.
Total tax amnesty dominated by within country declared property which reaches Rp 2986 trillion and overseas declared asset reaches RP 988 trillion meanwhile the asset abroad that was able to withdraw in is RP 144 trillion. 

Looking to the movement of tax amnesty in its second stage is considerably slowly compared to first period. There are several factors affecting especially the political situation that seize much focus and energy of government to resolve.
In its first period total reported assets reached Rp 3620 trillion while the main objective of policy is small and medium enterprise.
The success of tax amnesy is much influenced by widespread socialization. Currently government through finance minister focuses on the bankers who prompt to avoid tax obligations.
