General directorate chases after 8 richest indonesians who have no taxpayer identification card according to forbes. The release of 8 names of wealthy indonesians was responded by general directorate of not knowing clearly the spread names of those who do not have taxpayer identity card.
General directorate of taxation claimed that finance minister sri mulyani did not specifically mention the names of such people in her official statement.
Besides, directorate of taxation is prohibited to postulate the disobedient taxpayers as regulated in article 34 about provision and general procedure of taxation.
