Petition to Defer Tax Amnesty, Palace said It's Politicization

Tax amnesty in short term is clearly the ultimate solution for government to stabilize the fund deficit for national budget.It has passed series of challenges of being deterred both form internally and externally. After the allegedly accusation toward the step of singapore to fail tax amnesty, government has to confront with the rejection internally from political parties related and organization who consider the policy is disadvantageous for marginal classes. 

There is petition of tax amnesty rejection initiated by muhammadyah organization objecting the judicial review for regulation. PP muhammadyah chairman, busyro muqoddas sees the tax amnesty has to be reviewed ever since it's not beneficial for low class citizen. Busyro said the target of tax amnesty must be the high class and not the marginal class. 

In a different occasion, Gerindra politician, fadli zon pointed out on the issue of tax amnesty which causes the worrisome for the people. Fadli alarmed on the tax amnesty could be backfire for the government since the low class do not receive direct impact of tax amnesty itself. He is on the same stance with busyro considering the possibility of tax amnesty disorientation which should be aimed for high class who are tax disobedient. 

President jokowi responded on the issue tax amnesty disorientation stressing that the policy is not addressed for marginal class, pensioners, fishermen,etc. Precisely president emphasized the effort of government to push the tax amnesty and to defend against judicial review initiated. Jokowi enforced the role of tax directorate and stakeholders to socialize thus not to be misunderstood as the like the ruling on issue. 

Meanwhile the palace through cabinet secretary pramono anung stated that there is politicization intention of the certain people regarding the issue of tax amnesty disorientation. Pramono reaffirmed the main goal of tax amnesty to repatriate the funds of local investors stored abroad. Thus the cabinet secretary encouraged all the stakeholders, tax directorate to enlighten the main concept of tax amnesty. 

Regarding the petition of rejection including that are submitted already in change.org site, the palace claimed to prepare against the objection and con preposition against tax amnesty. Even the coordinating economy ministers and finance minister will be presented to defend judicial review against tax amnesty.
