Revolution of Transhipment of Minister of Transportation to Disadvantage Neighbor Countries

The minister of transportation, budi karya sumadi postulated his first ultimate program to centralize the transhipment of goods in Tanjung priok port. Budi said that especially the import goods so far has used the neighbor countries as the transhipment. Consequently, the cost is high which will impact on retailed price distribution of goods in the country.

The minister of transportation stated that he is to submit to president jokowi the program of centralized transhipment in tanjung priok before it's distributed to regions in the country. The program of transportation ministry is a continuation of sea toll program of government to ease the distribution of logistics through out the countries. 

The main factor of rough different goods prices in different province is due to unwell management of logistic distribution. As the supporting policy for this program, minister of transportation said to submit the program transhipment to president jokowi.

On the other hand, jokowi is to inaugurate new priok terminal container one( NPTC1). This seems to go inaline with the establishment of the terminal of which the ministry of transportation use it for better logistic distribution.

The policy of minister of transportation nevertheless is disadvantageous for the neighbor countries which used to be transhipment for the imported products of Indonesia. This means it will decrease the revenue for them.
