Mandiri bank targets the e-money market share up to 70% by the end of the year


Mandiri bank is optimistic to reach the target of e money market share up to 70% by the end of 2016. One of this stat owned enterprise effort is to boost  ht euse of mandiri e-money in terminal electronic parking. 

VIce president of digintal banking and financial inclusion of mandiri nandan sanjaya said the in september total of 8.2 million pieces of e-money card being distrributed with average transaction per months is 29 millin transaction worth of Rp 283 billion. One of location which is pushed to use mandiri e-money is termanil electronic parking of parking and transportation agency of jakarta  province. The support of jakarta government is closely tied to the commitment of the bank to promote the use of e-money for transaction.  The bank expects the support of jakarta government continues thus the target of 70% will be real.
